Product Lifecycle Meeting Management Approach
Based on the lifecycle of a drug, GCO Consultancy can support to create a plan built on our understanding of the strategic communication requirements from the stakeholders. To facilitate buy-in GCO will discuss the proposed plans and after receiving consent we will finalize and communicate this in the form of a congress and events plan for the coming years (minimum 3 years).
Ideally this planning will span the expected lifecycle and will be reassessed every year in a rolling forecast model and adjusted as relevant parameters change. The advantage of this approach is the continuous availability of an aligned planning of congress and events activities with the organization’s strategy and developing pipeline.
Having an extended horizon in planning will position your organization positively in negotiating benefits (terms and conditions) from congress organizers. The second big advantage of this approach is to seamlessly integrate pre- and post-communication into the planning and boost engagement of key stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
