Features

EMS key features include the ability to create open online registrations, invite-only events, customizable registration web-forms for online registrations for user-defined attendee types, attendee management, hotel management, travel management, claims & reimbursements, group bookings, custom report generator and Attendance tracking.

Other features include tools to manage email communication, event badge creator and barcode scanning.

With our solution, users can create digital registration forms that can be customized for specific events or business needs with no web development knowledge required.

 

Attendee Management

All Information related to the registered attendees can be managed. Information like Hotel details, Transfer’s, Air travel, Activities, Group, Registration type, Personal information etc.

Role Based Access

EMS comes with 4 roles which are Administrator, Event Manager, Travel Agency and Compliance. EMS allows custom access rights to each of the mentioned roles.

Travel Management

EMS provides an overview on all the attendee travel information. Which makes it easy to group and organize your event. Travel information consists of Flight number, Arrivals/departure time, etc.

Hotel Management

EMS allow to set up your hotel and its master block, which helps you track the hotel reservations requested by attendees.

Digital Registration Forms

An easy and a user friendly way to design your online registration website based on the event theme with no web development knowledge required.

Custom Reporting

EMS provides a variety of reporting templates like Activity, Registration details, Rooming list, Scan, Travel reports etc.

Claim Reimbursements

We are currently working on the claims module where the HCP’s will be able to login to the system and request a claim for reimbursement. This system also comes along with back office support to drill through the claims and Approve/Request info/Deny a claim.

Mail Management

EMS allows you to send invitation to attendees, send acknowledgments to the registrants. EMS also has comes with pre designed templates for invitation and acknowledgements. You also have a feature to send mails to certain set of people or groups.

Rules Management

EMS allows you to setup rules for hotels/Registrations/Travel and Transfers like minimum check-in , maximum checkout, Cancellation, Close online registration window etc.
It also provides a feature of exceptions for registrants.
