The Vacancy

To accelerate GCO’s growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly energetic and entrepreneurial individual to join our Consultancy business unit as Enterprise Account Executive. In future, this professional will also be further building and leading the sales team which will support GCO’s growth ambitions.

The primary function of the Enterprise Account Executive is to identify the best market segments within life sciences, connect with the relevant stakeholders and close the deal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team to grow the Consultancy business together. You are an ambitious team player with excellent communicative skills and a strong consultative selling mindset, thinks out-of-the-box to develop innovative and successful acquisition initiatives to drive the number of prospects and convert them into new clients.

Ideally, you have more than 3 years of successful track record in Enterprise SaaS sales and preferably (but not necessarily) within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry. You are fluent in English and possess strong written, spoken and presentation skills and are able to communicate professionally with senior stakeholders internally/externally.


  • HBO/University level education;
  • More than 3 years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS sales (ideally within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry);
  • Strong commercial mindset and energized by pursuing business opportunities and expanding the client portfolio;
  • Innovative thinker with an entrepreneurial approach;
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders at various levels (internal/external) with an ability to impart complex topics in layman’s terms;
  • High level of computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint);
  • Fluent in oral and written English. Other languages is a plus.
